1. General Policy

All sales and rental transactions are considered final once confirmed. However, under specific circumstances described below, refunds or exchanges may be processed at the sole discretion of Sahara Equipment Trading & Rentals LLC.

2. Product Sales

  • Products sold by Sahara Equipment Trading & Rentals LLC are inspected and tested before delivery to ensure quality and performance.
  • Refunds or replacements are only available in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation by the customer.

3. Equipment Rentals

  • All rented equipment must be returned in the same working condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
  • Rental fees are non-refundable once the equipment has been dispatched or used, even partially.
  • Refunds may be issued only in cases where equipment is unavailable or faulty upon delivery, and no replacement can be provided within a reasonable time frame.
  • Security deposits (if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 business days after inspection and clearance of equipment condition.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests for purchases or rentals must be made before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If an order has already been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded after deducting any applicable administrative or processing fees.

5. Refund Method

  • All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer, credit card, or cash).
  • Refund processing time may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Consumables or spare parts once opened or used.
  • Rental charges for the duration equipment has been used.
  • Delivery, transportation, or installation fees.
